All villas include the following:
2 bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms
Large open plan living and dining area leading into the kitchen.
Fully fitted kitchen containing all the amenities you need to have a superb self catering holiday – including microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and kitchen utensils for up to 6 people.
Two galleries – one leading out from the living area with access straight onto the water, the second leading off the master bedroom.
All villas are on the marina waterway.
Bed linens and towels are provided for you so you don’t have to pack any household items for your vacation.
Maid service once per week.
All villas are air- conditioned for your comfort during our long hot days.
Direct dial telephone, and Cable Television are available in all villas.
Rental Notes:
One time fee of $35 Energy Charge is applicable. Monthly rental rates exclude utilities. Complimentary towel exchange. A roll away bed may be available for an additional $10 usd per day Wireless Internet is available for a fee through the marina office.
