An oasis of beauty is how Villa Nicobar's owner describes their holiday home. This villa is exclusively tucked away at Galley Bay and encompasses over 7500 sq ft. of indoor space. The villa is surrounded by a hand crafted stone wall and contains a tropical garden thriving with mature plant life.
The foyer is simply furnished with two hip high tables on either side of the entrance and a chandelier over head. Through this setting is the living area with sky windows, bay windows, and large sliding doors that open up to an incredible view of the Caribbean Sea allowing for a feeling of openness.
The living-room is exquisite and furnished with a pure L-shaped sectional European style sofa, two arm chairs, a natural wicker coffee table, accent piece furniture with lamp, and high definition flat screen television mounted on the wall. The entertainment area contains a flat screen TV and BOSE sound system, Nintendo Wii game console, and an eight person interchangeable table that doubles as a pool table when flipped.
The elegantly designed modern kitchen is furnished with the highest standard stainless steel appliances and contains an island for dining. All of the counters are topped with imported granite and the cupboards were custom built in Italy.
This sanctuary has four bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size four poster bed with matching night stands that sit on both sides of the bed head, a table, chair, dresser and walk-in closet. Large sliding doors open onto the patio offering amazing views of the outside. You can count the stars while falling asleep and awake to a beautiful sunrise. The master bathroom is elegantly furnished with his and her vanity, walk-in rain shower and a Jacuzzi style tub. Large glass and louvre blade windows are added to welcome natural light.
Two other bedrooms are also furnished with queen size beds, night stands, lamps and a dresser. All the bedrooms have their own bathroom fitted with vanity and walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two single beds, night stands, lamps, chairs, a table, and its own bathroom. All of the bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning and ceiling fans and allow you to view the spectacular outdoors.
On the outside of this holiday villa is a floating infinity pool that is surrounded by a large deck and outdoor lounge furniture. This area is great for sunbathing under the warm Caribbean sun. You can enjoy the amazing views of the beautiful Antiguan beaches of Galley Bay and Deep Bay while taking in the serenity of nature. The outdoor Jacuzzi is set at the edge of the infinity pool nearby an outdoor rain shower.
A few steps away from the pool is the external living area furnished with outdoor Rattan sofa set and coffee table. The veranda is the perfect place to have dinner enjoying the cool tropical breeze. It is a family setting, nicely furnished with a family size teak dining table with chairs. On the veranda is a stainless steel BBQ grill for cooking lobster, fish, or whatever your heart desires.
