This waterfront villa is a perfect comfortable holiday home located on the South West coast of the Island on the north finger of Jolly Harbour.
The two-bedroom villa has newly refurbished ensuite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have been tastefully furnished with queen beds. The master bedroom also has a balcony overlooking the water and has a CD player and stereo.
The lower floor is open plan with fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area and lounge. The dining area can seat four people, and the lounge suite can accommodate five people comfortably. The living space has TV with Cable, DVD/CD player with radio and wireless internet.
The outside patio has an extended deck area, which is ideal for taking in the sunshine all day! Jolly Harbour is full of interesting sail boats that are fun and enjoyable to watch pass by.
Rental of this property includes Golf Cart which is very handy for getting around to the nearby beaches, and shopping center. However, if getting a little exercise is your style, the north finger beach, shops, restaurants, supermarket and bars are all within a ten to fifteen minute stroll.
Jolly Harbour is an ideal Vacation resort…. here you will find everything you could possibly need from a fully stocked supermarket, Bars, restaurants, Banks, pharmacy, souvenir shops, hairdressers/ beauticians, internet Café’s, swimming pool, tennis courts, squash courts, 18 hole golf course and a Marina where you can see all the beautiful yachts that come and go.
On top of all this – Jolly Harbour has two stunning picture perfect beaches- Just like you see in the postcards…… White crisp sand followed up with turquoise sea. ‘The south Beach’ is great for Family Fun.
